Please read these terms carefully before using the Titanic Kisan app and our services.
Key Policies
We strictly prohibit all sellers from listing, storing, or selling expired products on this platform.
Every product must be within its valid manufacturing and expiry date at the time of dispatch.
Any seller found selling or attempting to sell expired products will have their account immediately suspended without prior notice.
Buyers who receive an expired product must report it within 24 hours via the app.
Titanic Pharmaceutical reserves the right to take legal action against sellers who repeatedly violate this policy.
By logging into the Titanic Kisan app, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to all Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation policies.
